Phone the Child of the Region received 1300 inquiries in six months.
Valencia, Aug 25 .- The Phone of the Child of the Comunitat Valenciana (900 10 00 33) has received a total of 1307 consultations during the first half of the year, as reported by the Department of Social Welfare in a statement.
Most of these calls have focused on legal aspects, with a total of 130 consultations, abandonment, neglect or isolation (93), separation and disputes over child custody, gaia gold, (81) and physical and sexual assault (71) .
Also, health issues, behavioral problems of children, problems with parents or psychological abuse has been an important number of consultations.
According to the Councillor for Social Welfare, Angelica Such, thanks to this service, which is free and runs 24 hours a day, can detect situations of risk or distress, tera gold, and act quickly.
The phone is aimed at children with problems on their own behavior or a hostile family environment and adults who need advice or want to report situations of vulnerability.
Most of the calls received come from adults, with 1221 queries, while 616 were made by the children themselves.
